About Vim
I started Vim Foods out of my own kitchen, where I loved experimenting with plant-based ingredients to create meals for myself and my family. I used Vim as an outlet to create, turning my curiosity for food into a business that challenges the idea that healthy eating has to be repetitive or bland. Vim focuses on nutrient-dense, high-quality ingredients to create products that deliver flavor and joy.
More About Me
I started developing Vim Foods (previously EBD Health) in 2020 and launched in the summer of 2021 at the Rowayton Farmers Market. I am currently a senior at Cornell University.
